These are the two most common platforms used. While you do have others, these are absolutely the most popular. If you’re in the USA though, you may have some issues with these and be forced to find something else – like TradingView for example.
One of the issues I find is the available symbols/pairs with one versus the other. There are pros and cons to both, but with the primary broker I use (HFM) there’s no BTC trading on MT4. Maybe there is on other brokers.
If you’re feeling adventurous – you can trade crypto like BTC right through the weekend. I don’t advise it unless you have some experience with trading or with crypto in general.

It’s quite possible to trade every single day – but I think it’s best to leave the weekends out of it. You need some time to decompress – spend time with yourself and/or your family. Set your boundaries – trade in your set or available times – leave the markets alone thereafter.
